Will you draw my fairy?

Your fairy is called Columbine Goblinshimmer
She is a bringer of riches and wealth.
She lives in mushroom fields and quiet meadows.
She is only seen when the first flowers begin to blossom.
She wears lilac and purple like columbine flowers. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

I want a beautiful drawing of this fairy. Will you draw her? I tried myself but...

Love at first sight

Oh, yes! That's my baby!

It's so outdoorsy I'm gonna die!

Finally got hold of my own Pentax w90. Thanks, Sir Jonathan (Mr. Pentax Guy), for the generous discount. Can't wait to use it on my adventures!

As my brother have commented on my Facebook post:

Pros: Legendary Pentax optics in a waterproof, shockproof, and freezeproof construction.
Cons: I heard it can be destroyed by lava. :(

Amazing. I'm so impressed! =D

PREX Class No. 8

I've been out this past weekend but feels more refreshed than exhausted. I attended a Parish Renewal Experience (PREX) and stayed inside a hall for an estimated total of 30 hours: 4 hours on Friday, 14 hours on Saturday, and 12 hours on Sunday. Exhausting? Yes. But refreshing for the human spirit.

Together with some Magnificat Chorale members, I joined the rest of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish's community in renewing my vows as a Catholic, remembering past hurts, and reconciling with the Lord, with my self and with my fellow human beings.

It was tough sitting for long periods of time especially when you have nothing else to do but absorb every speakers' sharing about the Church and their personal experiences. But with the grace of God, I triumphantly endured the long talks.

After this meaningful weekend of spending time with the Community, I feel light. Past hurts were forgiven and things got reconciled. I was finally freed from a deep-set burden. Ah, the sense of liberty! It is not like any recollection I've attended during my school days; I say it's a modified retreat.

Father Suarez's Healing Mass

Our family went to Landmark Trinoma last August 21 for Fr. Fernando Suarez's healing mass. There was a very long queue of people from anywhere in the Philippines with different kinds of sickness, ranging from poor eyesight to cancer.

The mass started at 5 in the afternoon. The healing service itself of Fr. Suarez began at around 6:30. We received his blessing at around 8 in the evening. The line was still long at that time.

Anywhere Father Suarez conducts healing service, there would be lots of on-the-spot testimonials of healing. The lame walk, the almost-blind can see, the deaf hear. No kidding.

Centris Walk

Tired from seeing the usual traffic inside Trinoma and SM North EDSA, I decided to visit Centris Walk in EDSA corner Quezon Avenue. What made me interested to check the place out are the structures that look like golf tees.

It's refreshing to get away from the usual mall traffic. Dining establishments are present, namely: Pancake House, Italianni's, Tutti Frutti, My Thai, Jack's Loft, Pho Hoa, Asya, and Zong. Centris Walk provides that kind of refreshment, although it still has lots of work to do. Construction is in full swing; Fully Booked and Power Station will soon add in the Centris Walk experience.

Zong is the highlight of my first Centris Walk visit. It is a Chinese restaurant with a modern flair, offering MSG free but savory dishes. Truly a wonderful palate discovery.

Centris Walk is being developed by Eton Properties Philippines, Inc., the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group.
